Health and Wellness
“To Health With It!” We have a wellness program that we take a lot of pride in. We provide incentives for healthy behavior because we know that healthy employees are happy employees! We offer free healthy snacks in our lunch room as well as subsidized healthy food options in our healthy market. Team members enjoy onsite amenities including a full work-out facility, a dedicated ping pong room, and a number of corporate sports teams!
Relias supports their employees by paying for a substantial portion of their medical, dental, and vision insurance. We offer an outstanding 401k program with up to a 6% company match, beginning after one year of employment, as well as bonus or commission opportunities to all regular, full-time employees.
All full-time employees receive 11 paid holidays which includes 8 regular holidays, 2 floating holidays (of your choice), and your birthday! Full-time employees are encouraged to take advantage of our UNLIMITED PTO policy as well. This program allows employees to feel comfortable about getting away from the office to take relaxing vacations! Finally, we offer 2 paid volunteer days so our employees can give back to the community by supporting a cause of their choice!
Learning and Development
All full-time new hires take part in our 2-week Corporate Boot Camp. This is an opportunity for new hires to learn about our history, culture, products, and of course, the industries we serve. In addition to your initial training you may also have department-specific training and additional ongoing learning activities. Relias provides a higher-than-average number of hours of training per employee. We’re a learning company, and we take this seriously!
Relias offers tuition reimbursement to full-time employees with 1+ years of service who are interested in advancing their education. As long as the education being obtained fits within their scope of work, and employees complete the courses to a satisfactory level, Relias is happy to reimburse you up to $5,000/year!
We understand the desire to work in a remote location from time to time. Relias offers the ability for regular, full-time employees with 1+ years of service to work remotely 1 day per week.
